Window Gallery in Victoria, TX

They quoted two grades on every opening and showed us the water numbers behind each one, which nobody else had mentioned. We spent up on the two walls facing the bay and took the plain unit everywhere else. Half a season of squalls later the sills are dry and the bill was lower than the first bid we got.

Our house is old and none of the openings were square. Instead of forcing insert units in, they built out the jambs and did full-frame work, and explained why before they started. The bedroom clear opening got checked against the escape requirement, which no other company even brought up with us.

Called about a foggy pane and expected a sales pitch for the whole house. They cleared the weep slots, showed me the water that had been sitting in the sill, replaced the one sealed unit and left. The bill came to a small share of what I had braced myself for, and the rest of the windows are still fine.

I asked for impact glass and they talked me out of most of it, which I did not expect. They put laminated glass in the two street-facing rooms for the noise and put the savings into better grades elsewhere. Straightforward crew, tidy work, and the lead times came in exactly where they said.
